Professor of Communication & Computational Social Science

Robert M. Bond is a Professor in the School of Communication at Ohio State University. He is also affiliated with Ohio State's Translational Data Analytics Institue.

Bond's research has been published in journals such as Nature, Science Advances, Journal of Communication, Human Communication Research, Communication Research, and American Political Science Review. His papers have won awards from the International Communication Association and the National Communication Association. He has been recognized with the Sarah Evans Mattox Faculty Research Award, the Faculty Member of the Year Award (voted on by graduate students, and the Distinguished Alumni Award from the School of Politics and Global Studies at Arizona State University. Bond's research has been funded by the National Science Foundation, the Social Science Research Council, and Facebook Research.
